Arda Diken

After completing my undergraduate degree in Psychology in Ankara in 2018, I undertook my clinical psychology internship and professional training programme at the French Lape Hospital. Following this, I decided to advance my career in the United Kingdom. In line with this decision, I completed an MSc in Clinical and Health Psychology at Bangor University in Wales, where I obtained my specialisation. During my master's programme, I completed an internship at Finsbury Therapy Hub in London and participated in various projects.

Post-graduation, I had the opportunity to gain experience by providing services in various schools in London and at a dementia centre in Wales.

My career is focused on adult and couples psychotherapy, with an emphasis on Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT). I am actively accepting clients and am currently in the final stage of supervision for accreditation with the European Association for Behavioural and Cognitive Therapies and the British Association for Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapies. Additionally, I have completed 450 hours of CBT training and hold Level 1 accreditation in EMDR Europe.
