I am a Specialist Paediatric Speech and Language Therapist, an HCPC-registered clinician, and a member of the Royal College of Speech and Language Therapists (RCSLT), dedicated to supporting children with speech, language, and communication needs (SLCN). My expertise lies in early intervention, autism support, and bilingual speech and language development, ensuring children receive the highest standard of care during their crucial developmental years.

I hold a First-Class Honours degree in Speech and Language Therapy from City University of London (2022) and previously studied Psychology at Queen Mary University (2019), providing me with a strong foundation in child development, communication, and cognitive processes. Currently working within the NHS, I provide specialist support for children experiencing speech and language delays, social communication differences, and interaction challenges. As a bilingual therapist fluent in English and Turkish, I ensure therapy is accessible and tailored to meet the needs of diverse families.

My clinical expertise covers a wide range of areas, including speech and language development, social communication and interaction, bilingual language support, speech clarity and pronunciation, and selective mutism strategies. I work with children to enhance their speech clarity, language skills, and confidence in communication, using evidence-based approaches to create meaningful progress. I also support families with guidance and strategies to facilitate language growth in everyday environments.

I have completed specialist training in ADOS-2 Autism Assessment, DEAP Speech Training, SCERTS Framework for social communication and emotional regulation, and Selective Mutism intervention. These qualifications enable me to deliver highly targeted, effective support tailored to each child's unique needs. My approach is family-centred, ensuring parents and caregivers are fully equipped with the tools to support their child’s development at home.

My work is guided by the latest research and evidence-based practice in speech and language therapy, early years intervention, and neurodevelopmental communication support. I am committed to delivering high-quality care that empowers children to develop strong communication skills, confidence, and independence.
