After graduating from Marmara University Special Education Department in 2009, Hacer Yıldırım worked as a special education teacher in various regions of Turkey and successfully completed her master's degree at Yıldız Technical University Educational Management Inspection and Planning Department in 2012.

He worked as an administrator and teacher in special education and autistic children's education centers within the scope of the Ministry of National Education, worked as an auditor in Istanbul Rehabilitation Centers and took part in curriculum regulation and R&D projects.

Hacer Yıldırım, who has been working in various institutions and organizations in England since 2014, increased her experience in the field of special education and later held management positions (Deputy Manager) in special education schools and autism boarding houses. He decided to receive Occupational Therapy training as a result of receiving intensive training while working at schools and at home for children with autism.

He completed his Pre Reg Master's degree with honors at Oxford Brooks University in 2019 and presented his master's thesis under the title "The Use of Deep Pressure Therapy Approach Among Children with Autism Spectrum Disorder".

Hacer Yıldırım, who has been working as an HCPC registered Occupational Therapist in hospitals, in the community and within the council within the NHS since 2021, has been working with Oxford Community Disability Team, Child Development and Assessment Team, Oxford Nuffield Orthopedic Centre, Stroke and Spinal Injury Unit, Abingdon Community Emergency Responses Unit and Pediatric Community OT. He worked in the departments.

She is currently attending the Sensory Integration Therapy Diploma Course at the University of Sheffield (PGDip) and works part-time in the NHS and accepts clients within the Psychologist London Therapy Platform.

Hacer Yıldırım is registered with the Health Care and Professions Council (HCPC) and a member of the Royal College of Occupational Therapists (RCOT).

Within the scope of the Ministry of National Education, she held administrative and teaching positions in special education and autism education centers, took on supervisory roles at Istanbul Rehabilitation Centers, and actively participated in curriculum development and R&D projects.

Since 2014, Hacer Yıldırım has been working in various institutions in the United Kingdom, enhancing her experiences in the field of special education. Over time, she has taken on managerial positions, such as Deputy Manager, in special education schools and residential autism homes. During her periods of working with autistic children in schools and homes, she pursued intensive training, leading her to decide to pursue Occupational Therapy education.

In 2019, she graduated with honors from the Pre Reg Master program at Oxford Brooks University, presenting her master's thesis on "The Use of Deep Pressure Therapy Approach Among Children with Autism Spectrum Disorder."

From 2021 onwards, Hacer Yıldırım has been working within the NHS in hospitals, communities, and council positions as a registered Occupational Therapist (HCPC).
