After graduating from Saint Pulchérie French High School, I completed my undergraduate studies in Psychology at McGill University in Canada. Alongside my major, I pursued minors in Behavioural Science and Marketing, earning the Merit-based Entrance Scholarship and a place on the Dean’s Honour List for my academic achievements. I later completed a Master’s degree in Developmental Psychology and Clinical Practice at University College London (UCL), where my thesis examined the effectiveness of school-based mental health support for children experiencing emotional and behavioural difficulties. I am currently pursuing a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology at UCL, further developing my academic and clinical expertise.

My clinical foundation was built within the Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services (CAMHS) of the NHS in the UK. During my work with the Tower Hamlets and Enfield CAMHS teams, I provided psychological assessments, individual and group therapy for children and young people aged 5–18, and offered parental support and consultation. I applied evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), play-based therapy, and family therapy. I supported children experiencing anxiety, low mood, difficulties with emotional regulation, and challenges with self-esteem, while also running parental workshops and group interventions to strengthen family wellbeing.

In addition, I have worked extensively with children diagnosed with Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) and Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC). I guided families in areas such as emotional regulation, sleep difficulties, and behaviour management, and integrated DIR Floortime (101 & 201 certified) into my clinical practice to further support children’s developmental needs.
I believe that every child’s therapy should be tailored to their unique developmental profile, family context, cultural background, and personal strengths. My priority is to create a safe and supportive therapeutic environment where children can express themselves freely and grow with confidence.

At Psikolog Londra, I currently work with children, young people, and families in Turkish, English, and French, providing support that is both culturally sensitive and evidence-based. Drawing on my international academic background and extensive NHS CAMHS experience, I deliver reliable and holistic psychological support in London, specialising in child and adolescent therapy, play therapy, CBT, ACT, autism and ADHD support.
